1. Program description
Kodland Inc (“Kodland”, “we”) sends text messages to parents and legal guardians aged 18 or older who provide their US mobile number on kodland.org and agree to receive text messages.
- Service messages: trial lesson and class reminders, booking confirmations, schedule changes, payment and account notifications. Service messages do not contain promotional content.
- Marketing messages (only if you separately opted in): information about courses, promotions, discounts and events.
2. How you opt in
- Service messages: by entering your mobile number in a form on kodland.org and submitting the form after reviewing the SMS disclosure shown next to the submit button.
- Marketing messages: by checking a separate, optional marketing checkbox in the form that is not pre-checked. By checking it, you agree to receive recurring marketing text messages from Kodland Inc at the number provided, which may be sent using automated technology. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

This is a recurring messaging program. Message frequency varies.

5. How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, REVOKE or OPT OUT. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages after that. You may also opt out by any other reasonable means, for example by emailing [email protected]; we will honor your request promptly and in any event within the time required by law.
Please note: replying STOP unsubscribes your number from all Kodland text messages, including lesson reminders.
To subscribe again, reply START or contact us at [email protected]. Replying START resumes service messages only. To receive marketing messages again, you will need to opt in again using the marketing checkbox on kodland.org.

We do not sell your mobile number or text messaging opt-in data and consent, and we do not share them with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We disclose them only to service providers that deliver text messages on our behalf (such as our SMS platform provider and mobile carriers), solely to send those messages. See our Privacy Policy.
